BOUGHT A RED HOT G37 ..THANKS JOSEPH AND GARY !!!

WENT TO THIS DEALERSHIP SATURDAY JUST TO SEE WHAT WAS THERE. SALES GUYS JOSEPH AND GARY WERE GREAT. THEY SHOWED US AROUND THE LOT, NO PRESSURE. FELL IN LOVE WITH A 2012 RED G37 COUPLE. CAME BACK AND MADE A OFFER ON THE CAR AND THEY MADE IT HAPPEN. I'M SO HAPPY WITH THE SALES AND ALSO THE FINANCE TEAM AT INFINITI TUSTIN. WENT BACK A FEW DAYS LATER AND GARY AND JOSEPH WENT OVER THE ENTIRE CAR TO SHOW ME HOW IT WORKS AND EVEN SYNCED UP MY PHONE AND MUSIC TOO. PARTS DEPARTMENT WAS ALSO VERY NICE TO ME BEING A FIRST TIME INFINITI CUSTOMER. BEST EXPERIENCE WE'VE EVER HAD AT ANY DEALERSHIP!

ASK FOR JOSEPH AND GARY ?? WHAT A TEAM

Just bought a HOT RED G37 Coupe thanks to Joseph and Gary last weekend!! We started looking Saturday and buy Sunday that red G37 was parked in our garage. Purchase was easy, financing team was GREAT. Deal-ship is a 5 STAR RATING and thanks again to JOSEPH AND GARY what a team. Also went back a few days later and the parts department was so nice to me being a first time INFINITI consumer.

Excellant dealership & staff & everyone was nice!

This is my 3rd Infiniti from the Tustin Auto Nation The dealer Joseph Satarzadeh couln"t be nicer or more helpful in choosing the Q50 I have been so pleased with Infiniti cars & this is my 4th one and most of the time I just bring it in for service and have no problems ! Excellent Service!

Still the best

I've been doing business with this location for over 20 years and a total of 7 vehicles. When the original dealership was sold to AutoNation, I was concerned that being run by a large corporation would cause them to lose the excellent, personal service that had been the hallmark. No need to worry - they have remained the best from sales to service and all in between. I just got a new Q50 everything is great. My first hybrid and I'm really enjoying it.

Tustin Infiniti gave us a good deal! Thanks Sam!

My wife and I were shopping for a new (used) car. The sales tactics used by some of these dealerships were nauseating and my wife was losing faith in the process. We ran into Sam from Tustin Infiniti and he turned out to be a straight shooter. After test driving an EX35 we left the business and had a follow up call by Sam. I called Sam back and told him the price we were looking at. I did not want no go back to the dealership if they were not willing to drop the price-which Sam said they were willing to do. Four hours later we were driving home in a 2010 EX35. The one negative thing we can say is after the filling out the all the paperwork, when we were walking to the vehicle to drive it off the lot, we discovered there was only one (1) key. If we had known this during the process, we might not have purchased the vehicle. Financially, this is an added $300.00 to $400.00 cost. It really bugged my wife to know there was another key to our vehicle somewhere out there. We will be getting a new key as soon as possible.
