    I saw a truck online, emailed about its availability and got a quick response. I called to make sure it was a bait a switch before driving 2 hours and... was assured. Eddy, Jeff, and Jim were great. I definitely recommend this place.

    Jim and Yubal Green, you know very well that the representative who speaks is my partner and this car was to send to Costa Rica. I know very well all the... calls we made to you and you did not want to show your face. And remenber well...Yubal said that he was not going to pay the $ 300 for being very rude and not accepting what he offered. I am going to tell Manny to call of your person. I still have a car in the Ford of Miami fixing what you did not want to fix. Thanks for being so inefficient and not fulfilling what they promise.

    Buyer Beware!! This dealership allowed me to place a deposit on a 2006 Jeep Wrangler, pending a complete inspection by a third party and with an agreed... upon price. I simply wanted to have the inspection completed because my family and I reside 6 hours away from the location and just wanted to ensure it's mechanically and cosmetically sound as it was being represented over the internet - seems pretty standard practice to me. The day before the inspector was to arrive, I received a call from Jeff (salesperson) in the evening that the Jeep had been sold while he was offsite for an hour - typical car business BS. My entire family, husband and 2 kiddos, were looking forward to having this Jeep as this was going to be our fun vehicle to drive on the beach and to use as a cruiser. Jeff attempted to help me understand how this was mistakenly done but the Jeep was already gone and sold to someone else. These types of business practices demonstrate the lack of operational integrity and process to very simply mitigate this simple and standard request from happening. In my husbands professional past, he was a part of the leadership team at a larger Toyota dealership and this lack of operational sense is the exact reason consumers, like me today, truly don't enjoy the buying process and the reason the automobile industry receives the bad reputation it's carried for years. If it were me, I would suggest you buy a similar car somewhere else before giving your business to this dealership. I genuinely hope they grow from this and put in place business practices that could simply eliminate this type of behavior and solve for a simple process to ensure this doesn't happen to any of their future customers.

    Im sorry for experiance but as I recall you did not want to have us charge your credit card until you inspected the Jeep which I completely understand.... No charges were put on your card so no deposit was taken. Unfortunatley we are a first come first service dealership.

    Very happy with the quality of the vehicle I purchased. The price was more than fair when other vehicles of the same make/model/year were $3000 + more... expensive elsewhere and not in as nice a condition

    Just bought a jaguar xf from this dealership, the owner went the extra mile to make sure I was happy! I had the car for 4 months and had no problems. It's... important to do your research on a dealership, and read the reviews. I will definitely return and refer friends and family. Btw- they did not pressure me to buy, I went there 3 times before i made the decision to buy

    Good dealer to buy from easy processing and good prices on there units the only problem I have with them is my temp tag expires in 3 day an I have not... got my reg tag from there place that does it for them ive call them 3 times and all I get is if it get this close to be expired the over nite me another temp tag well that hasn't happened either so in 3 day I can't drive my car I bought from them if I would have known this I would have just gone to the DMV myself and did it really liked the dealer and probably will buy again from them but I'll request that I handle the tag an reg myself
