I brought my car in for an oil change, it was last minute so I didn't have an appointment but Karina got me in no problem. I was able to wait in the lobby and get work done at the same time.

This place never fails me. Everyone is friendly, very knowledgeable, and treat customer with priority. Will continue to go to this location in the near future for maintenance.

It was a really great experience going into the Maita Toyota. Jason was really helpful and understanding. He gave me some good advice and was truly interested if I was planning on doing anything to my car (modification wise) and what I can do to it without voiding my warranty. Overall it was a great experience.

Everything was good, he explained how my toyota care worked and make sure i use it up correctly. Staff was friendly and nice. Will be returning soon

Jason was fantastic!!! He is super helpful, really kind, answered all of my questions, and even waited for me as i was stuck in traffic and was late to my appointment. I enjoyed chatting with him as much as I liked having him as my service rep. Thank you Jason!!

We went to Maita to check out a used Sienna we saw on Cargurus, and it was a nice car at a very fair price, but in talking with the salesman we found out we could get a brand new Sienna for only about $4700 more than a 2 year old model. It was very low pressure and we got a fair amount for our trade-in. The only negative at all was the finance guy pushed the extended warranty a bit too hard, but we resisted the pressure.
