Quick & easy

Honda has been doing my oil change since I bought my car late last year. They've always been great and very helpful w/answering any questions I had. Josh Sparks, was very nice and followed up in a timely manner. He made sure all questions were answered and assured us that he was there to help if anything else was needed in the future.

Wonderful service

Although it took a while, my first car buying experience was great! They even bought me lunch because the car detail line was backed up! Our car salesman, Tony was hilarious!

Honda Ridgeline

Our new Ridgeline we bought at Lithia Honda is a great pickup! It fits our needs perfectly. Though they are in short supply, and difficult to find, we felt like we got a fair deal and had good experience working with Billy and the other members of the Lithia team.

Quick and effecient

The salesman was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the rather complicated commuterized panel and cockpit. He said that I could call him if I had any further questions.

Great service

My most recent service experience was for an oil change and rear differential service. I was greeted as I exited the car and told exactly where to wait while the technician checked mileage. I was checked in quickly and allowed to move to the waiting room. The work was done within the time projected by the technician. Everyone was cheerful and pleasant, and I was treated as a human being, rather than as a number. I've developed MS, so it is especially appreciated when people go out of their way to be helpful and considerate. We have yet to have an unpleasant experience with the service department, and I'm happy to recommend them.

Tony Rios is amazing.

I really appreciated Tony's help I with finding the right car for me. He worked to get me a better deal than I could have gotten with my Costco discount. He was very patient and has a great sense of humor. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I would recommend Tony as a wonderful car salesman.
