Bob Kozar moved the process along at the pace I wanted to sell the car to me....with little of the usual BS I get when I went to other dealerships. We got the deal done quickly ....with a trade.....at terms acceptable to both of us.....and Bob added some value added things to me at no additional cost to me which were and are appreciated.

I drove up from Indianapolis and I'm happy I did. I first spoke to Bob Kozar and after making me comfortable that the car was as clean and taken care of as it had appeared, I made a deposit over the phone. The next day I was in Chicago taking delivery. Your dealership was great from the time I drove up and met Bob at the door, to a week later when he mailed a spare set of keys that he tracked down for me. I think the single best thing about the experience is how Bob had an even keel about him. He had a good balance of professionalism and for lack of better words, down to earthness. He explained things well and in the end, I left feeling happy with my purchase. I recently bought a new Toyota van for my wife and actually walked away from the first dealer that was inattentive. The next dealership was great and that's where I bought our van. I now have one Toyota dealer that has earned my loyalty for my Toyota (van) needs and I will be using your team when I'm ready to upgrade to a newer Infiniti. This was the second dealership I went to visit (the first was a non-infinit dealer) and the differences were night and day. At Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle everyone I interacted with was extremely helpful and personable. They hold customer satisfaction close to the heart. Joe Peters was not pushy, even in the slight, and I could tell his goal was to ensure I was happy. I ended up finding a car (2012 G 37 sport) I was in love with, but the seat did not fit my frame properly. Joe Peters was able to help me get the seat modified (removing the bolster plates) at a discounted price. I love the car and the great service.

I had a very positive experience. This is my second purchase with your dealership. After calling back my old salesman, Adam Arliskas, he connected me with Scott who was also great to work with. I very much appreciate being able to work out most the numbers on the phone saving me time in the dealership. I thoroughly appreciated the professional treatment from all three of these men when coming into the dealership today to finalize my purchase. I was driving home in my new car in 11/2 hours-- now that's fantastic service.

Doug Cameron was very helpful in providing me good analysis and advice. And I really appreciated after I chose not to get my car fixed, that he took the time to make sure I was pleased with the sales process when I decided to get a new vehicle with Scott Rehfeldt (whom Doug introduced me to). Scott's a good guy and seemed really trust worthy and caring. He went above the call of duty by finding my old license plate holders that were important to me. He was also really patient and willing to make adjustments when I asked to have the car titled in both my wife and my names. Thanks for the great work, guys. Brian T.
