This was the best experience I ever had buying a car. Sean and Tony provided great service. Would highly recommend this dealership and Sean and Tony I have never shopped at this dealer before and now own one Infinity because of Sean and Tony great customer service. Their customer service is wonderful and we look forward to working with you in the future. Sean was very attentive and made it possible for me to get all the answers before purchasing this car. I do really appreciate that very much ! Sean was very knowledgeable and i appreciate him showing us the basics on the car and offering to go through it completely as i leaving the showroom . Shopped for a 2011 or 2012 vheicle at another dealer and then Infiniti of Lisle. No comparison! Better selection , better prices , better sales person. Dealing with Scott was a pleasure. It was hardly like buying a car. Highly recommend Scott Rehfeldt and Infiniti of Lisle.

My wife and I were between several vehicles for our most recent purchase. We scheduled a test drive of a few G37's with Sean Pelkey and were amazed at the service from start to finish. We arrived to Sean having all of the vehicles we were test driving lined up and ready to go. We spent an hour and a half driving three different vehicles (even ended up taking an Fx35 out). My wife and I are young, only 28, and many dealers treated us as if we would be unable to afford a vehicle of this caliber and paid far less attention to us. Sean thanked us for coming, said he hoped we would consider the Infiniti as our purchase, and we were on our way. No forcing us to talk numbers, no nagging phone calls days later, just a pleasant follow up letter in the mail thanking us for our visit and expressing their desire to work with us on our purchase. That day, we knew Sean was who we wanted to work with for our purchase. After keeping in contact via emails, which were all promptly and accurately responded to, we decided on the Fx35 as our new vehicle. A week later, we set up a meeting and sat down with Sean to negotiate a price. The negotiation process went smoothly without the typical dealer tricks of making us wait for long periods of time, telling us how "they are taking a hit here", or any of those sales tactics. After completing our paperwork, Sean informed us that all of the delivery workers were on drop-offs, but that he would stay and go over all of the vehicle features, program our blue tooth, help us empty out our trade-in, etc. It was now 8pm, Sean was scheduled to work until only 5pm. I honestly could not create a better experience in my own mind. It is no wonder this dealership has won so many awards and I strongly recommend contacting Sean with any future Infiniti purchases. Sean created two lifelong Infiniti customers.

I purchased a used Toyota Highlander today. I had no problems with the transaction. The dealership does an comprehensive inspection of the vehicle prior to selling it. Any problems they find are fixed, so the Highlander got new tires, battery, and brakes. The price was also very fair. The car runs great. I would definitely recommend this dealer. Abe is very friendly, respectful, and efficient. The finance manager was also a good guy.

Went in to purchase a used vehicle, Steve was able to work out a deal that made sense on a brand new vehicle. Service was good, information on the used cars was tough to work through and they had misrepresented one of the vehicles. Overall service was good, and service since has been good, although only through 1 oil change.
