Working with Scott was truly a pleasure. He focused on my enjoying and being pleased with my vehicle before I drove off. He did not try to pressure me to purchase but let me make my own decision. The whole process was short, straightforward and no games being played. I would recommend Infiniti of Naperville and Scott R to anyone considering purchasing a new or used Infiniti.

Our son had recently totalled his 2003 Nissan Murano in a weather related accident. We needed to find a reliable used vehicle that was in good condition and also a good car for the unpredictable winter weather conditions in Wisconsin. We began to do a little research online and found the 2003 - 2004 Infiniti FX AWD to be rated quite high for its ride, drive and good handling in the winter months. As we began to search further to see if we could locate one of these in our price range, we only came up with 3 of them. Many used care dealerships do not provide the future buyer with the Car fax online but you can purchase the report. I feel those are a necessary part of purchasing a used vehicle. Infiniti of Naperville has a Car Fax for ear of there used vehicles which made internet shopping @ this dealership a real pleasure. i voiced an interest in a 2004 Infiniti FX they had advertised online after reading all the car fax and details they provided on there web site. the next day i received a phone call from there internet manager to see if I had any more questions he could answer. i had only a few as most of the information i would've asked about was all explained in detail online. I could not get details on the other 2 cars from the web sites nor did the dealerships follow up with me inspite of the fact I left an e-mail and my cell phone no. After speaking with the internet manager, he put me in touch with one of there salesman who was Rich Ligeza. he was extremely professional and reliable and i decided to set up an appt. to drive down from La Crosse, WI to Naperville, Ill to test drive and potentially buy the vehicle if it looked and drove the way Rich and Tony told me it did. It was such a pleasure walking into a dealership where they make an appt. for you and everyone treats you like a special guest. During the short period of time we waited for Rich, we were given a beverage of choice , used there immaculate restroom facilities and Scott Rehfeldt came and started some friendly chatter and told us it would be just a few minutes and Rich would have us test driving the car we came to see. the car was better than it looked on the internet and drove like a prize ! The length of time it took to complete the purchase including the paper transactions was approx. 20 min. from start to finish. Tony came and spoke with us for a few minutes which was totally fun because i wanted to meet the person who phoned me initially and gave me all the information from the time I started checking the internet. The car was clean and ready for purchase when we arrived so Rich handed us 3 sets of keys, applied the temporary plate to the inside of the back windshield, thanked us for our business and we were back on the road within 1.5 hrs. of our arrival. It was truly a pleasure doing business with this dealership and all of its fine staff. Joe Limjuco the business manager kept the paperwork short and concise but explained everything very well. I will not only recommend this dealership to my family/friends but I will keep them in mind for my next vehicle whether it be new or used. I never new car buying could be enjoyable because i have not had a positive experience like this in my past few purchases. KUDOS to Infiniti of Naperville and all of there wonderful staff !!!

Ray was very helpful. We didn't wait around at all. He was very informative and answered all my many questions. He set us up with a computer so that we could leave with insurance in hand. Overall, I was very satisfied and have spoken highly of the dealership since our visit. Having only visited 2 other dealers...one used car...one Toyota, I can say that neither came close to the professionalism and depth of knowledge that Ray exhibited...not to mention he had a great sense of humor as well. Would recommend him highly.
