2018 Toyota Camry Hybrid XLE

When in to talk with Chuck Milligan our Costco go to person at Robert Larson Toyota of Tacoma, he was with another customer, but Tony Nguyen stepped in to help us out with any questions and also took us on a drive on the new 2018 Camry Hybrid XLE. Tony was very helpful, very friendly and made both myself and husband more comfortable while test driving the vehicle. We came back from the drive to the dealership looked at the one in the show room and ended up purchasing that one. Chuck stepped in with the Costco pricing and I was really amazed, how smooth the entire purchase went. This was the 1st time we've ever gone into a dealership where there was no high pressure sales. Thank you once again to Tony Nguyen and Chuck Milligan for working as a team, we'll recommend Robert Larson Toyota to all our friends and relatives, and make sure to work with Tony and Chuck,

Great service

Service was courteous and fast considering the long line ahead. The waiting area was comfortable and the associate made an effort to help us feel accommodated.

Great service

Great service , easy appointment scheduling. Had my van completed ahead of estimated time. Highly recommend this dealership for repairs when you need service

Timely, efficient, thorough

It was easy to make an appointment. When I arrived the service writer Jim Oreto honored my appointment time. The check out procedure was efficient. The paperwork showed details of my service visit which I added to the file I maintain on my car. They apologized that their carwash was not working that day, however it was raining so I did not miss that part of the service.

timely accurate service

Great reception, completed work ahead of promised time. Friendly and helpful young woman stationed at the drive up who began the paperwork and who kept me apprised of progress then took me to my car.
