Aaron and the other staff are out to scam you.

First off, avoid the sales agent named Aaron. He's basically a waste of air. Absolute xxxxxxx. Next, these guys will show you a specific interest rate, then switch it on you and have you sign it. I believe this is either a scam or fraud. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS. After this experience, I went to other dealerships and told them about Larson. They basically said that's a tactic used just by them and that I should consider suing them. I potentially might.

Good service, nice facilities and good coffee

Aaron Clay was very attentive without being pushy and Chuck explained the various functions of our new car well. So many good things that the car will do, we may need to get a little more info!

Great Customer Service

Robin Bean--Great Customer Service! I hope my new tires last another seven years; Robin also told me to remind her that with a new set of tires, I will receive free rotations in the future. :-)

Quick and Easy

The check in was quick and easy, very friendly staff. Looking forward in getting some cookies and milk but instead got a popcorn.

fast efficient

fast, friendly, competent,professional and everything associated with the above. Also trustworthy. Plus Toyota is my favorite car. Almost every one in my family drives a Toyota.

Quick repsir

Robin Bean, my service rep is awesome. I called at 8:45am and she was able to get me in 11:10am (right after I got out of meeting. She also gave me good advice on what to buy -- balancing price with quality. She's one of the main reasons I keep coming to Larson Toyota for my service.

Great Service, amazing staff

Robin Bean helped me on my issues a lot. The mechanics were amazing and the entire experience was 'over and beyond' my expectations.
