Great service

Great service! I was a walk in. They took my highlander in no problem. It was finished in less than an hour and I was on my way!

Great attitude and service

Love the curbside chech-in. Mary Purtee was WONDERFUL! Professional, courteous, friendly but not condescending like a lot of males are when it comes to cars.

Great waiting room friendly staff

Timely, friendly, kept me updated on the status of my vehicle servicing. Also the large and open waiting room is terrific.

Stay Away!

Stay away from Larson Tacoma. They will not tell me if blended oil was used in my oil change. The invoice just has part numbers. I have been a customer of Larson since 2006. Recent changes to customer service have created a poor experience at Larson. Stay away--I will not go back there.

2017 Highlander

I like the salesman Jason was great very knowledgeable the experience was very quick. Dealership was clean and they have great popcorn.
