Oil change
Really, good place to keep your car and trust. I had an appointment for oil change and check my car. I can say good place to check , but the prices are a bit high.

Well Done Honda!
I was so pleased with my total repair/recall work that was finished! Eric Garcia at the front desk was courteous,and knowledgeable about my appointment and my cars history! Matt in the repair department was outstanding in his knowledge Of additional needed tests on my car. He was extremely courteous and kept in touch throughout the repairs needed. Valerie in the main office also needs huge kudos for all the work she did getting the VIN number problem solved! Please let the above employees know of my satisfaction with their efforts, kindness and courteous ways!

Dishonest and lie
I wish I could give negative stars! I was called in since there was a promo on the NEW Honda crv @ 1.99% finally we got all the numbers right and I was told to sign and put a down payment and my car would be delivered in about two weeks. After the two weeks I went in to finish the paperwork only to find that the APR went to 2.99%. During that time I was also told that my loan would go to teachers credit union but they went to some place in Chicago. I feel that the finance person also fudged my email address so that I wouldn't get the survey. 100% dissatisfied and will never recommend this business, they are dishonest and didn't keep their words...

Howard's awesome!
We started looking at the van we bought immediately before Christmas. Howard called and left a couple quick msgs while we got thru the holiday season . The day we returned, we had actaully driven a Toyota from across the street. Altho Honda has no AWD van, the features Howard reminded us of and demon strated for us made the difference and made the sale. He was patient with many questions and promised Larry H Miller is the dealership to stick with..they will keep our vehicle in great shape as time goes by and we service it there!

Fantastic
Great service. Awesome customer service! Quick turnaround. Shuttle service and Shuttle Driver were very efficient and friendly. Car was clean and reminders were placed in window. Definitely will be back.
