Always a good experience

They are always friendly and will take the time to explain what has been/will be/needs to be done to my car. I really like the three pack oil changes, they are a great deal.

Haven’t received snow tires I was promised

It’s been two weeks since I purchased my 2017 Honda Civic. Part of the reason why I made this purchase, was because of the sno tires I was promised! I have yet to receive my snow tires. I have not heard a word from the dealership. I called parts today, they said that they didn’t even have an order for my snow tires. I totally feel like I’ve been scammed by this dealership. Who knows if I’ll ever receive my tires.

Absolutely top-notch service. Knowledgeable and flexible.

Brett and Bradley are the best and so easy to work with. They know their products and have always had car ready on time. Great to work with. Buying a car is one thing but service is where you "sell" the car.

Service

Not sure why when having your car serviced they open and look at your filters, close the compartments and tell you new filters are needed but to reopen the compartments and replace the filter will involve a labor charge. Since the compartments are open during the inspection why not offer to replace the filters at cost versus closing it up and then reopening just to charge for labor. Not great customers service. Poor!

Your service writers are great!

I have always had great service in the past. Service desk have been upfront and honest.. Brad and Service manager are top notch. Will be glad when your new location is ready.

Always a pleasant car experience

I took my Honda Pilot in for an oil change ( get the $75 for 3 oil changes package) and some work to be done that was covered under warranty. The repairs were done that day and I was able to pick it up in a few hrs after taking the car into Honda. This dealership has always treated me very nicely and it is a pleasant experience compared to other dealers I have dealt with in the past. Love Larry Miller! My Service Advisor Eric Garcia was wonderful.

Bad start , Nick the Greek sucks
