Great service delivered again

They were helpful, in updating me on the maintenance I had already had done, My concerns were put to rest. They did a great job on the work I requested. With both of my car being worked on they provide me with a loaner car, to help with the transportation needs I had. They were busy but had time to spend with me. Thank you Larry H. Miller for a great working on my Acura MDX and my Lexus ES300 at the same time.

Options added for new car

All the options we selected were installed nicely and in a very timely manner. Everyone we have contacted has been helpful and polite. We will definitely continue our service requirements at LHM.

Friendly and efficient

Mr. Hockenberry great guy! Amazing service for an oil change. Nice clean waiting room. I had just had an experience at Jeep dealer, and crummy waiting area.

Spirit of Excellence

Favorable

Generally favorable. Some high pressure, and they had to take no, but we eventually returned. The closing process was much better than at the LHM Toyota across the street. That is a whole other story.
