Was disappointed that they kept the car for 2 days when it was supposed to only take a day. They didn?t even look at it until day 2. But they fixed everything... and it was all under warranty
Buying of car was long process and explanation of warranty options was not amazing. Oil changes or any other issues are a pain because of scheduling.... We live out of town and have to leave our car for a full day. Other dealerships offer a car to drive around. This dealership offers a shuttle which doesn?t help if you need to make multiple stops while you are in town. So we end up spending more money on a rental. It is inconvenient. You would think there would be some perks when you spend $60,000. There aren?t any at this dealership. Also, we were recently called to have our oil changed and it was noted that it was under warranty and free. We drive up the next weekend and end up paying for the service because it wasn?t covered and there was no budging on their part even though their rep misinformed us. Additionally, while I was there I asked about the windshield replacement warranty. The sales rep came out and basically put down his counterpart saying he doesn?t explain things well and we would have understood better if we would have talked to him. Totally unimpressed when you throw your coworker under the bus. We will not purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. Nor will we recommend the dealership.
Everything was looked at as I requested. However, on my drive home the "check tire monitor system" light came on again half way home. It has remained on... since I picked up my vehicle 4/19/19.
My Scheduled maintenance for my Cadillac. I was surprised that they didn’t wash, clean my car. When I have purchased other luxury brands it is something... the dealer has always done.
My vehicle was at the repair shop for nearly a month. When I got it back the reason I brought it in still had not been repaired. That meant an additional... two weeks and thousands more $ spent. My vehicle was broken into and belonging stolen. Dealership still has not address that issue even with a police report. Customer service is horrible. I will NEVER do any business with this dealership ever again.

Less than a year old. Had a mechanical problem with injector. Appointment for May 2nd dropped it off on the 1st and didn’t get it back until the 7th. It... has tire rotation and oil maintenance due that was not looked at. I didn’t ask for it s I got the alert when I picked it up but being a new vehicle you’d think they would look at that.
Mike takes extremely good care of my Buick Lucerne. I never have to worry about things going unattended to or things being done that were not needed.
