I have been treated like Family here at the Haasz Auto Mall Service Center in Ravenna . Kim Rafferty is the service writer I always Speak too. She always tells me what is wrong, give me prices BEFORE doing the work and lets me know what else needs to be done and prices that may very over the time I decide to have the work done.

Fantastic experience
The people at haasz have been extremely accommodating to every need that a customer would have. I would like to especially thank Mike Purk and Bill Plumely for there time today as this was my first time getting an oil change on my new vehicle and they made it much better than I could have asked for.
