Would always shop at Fred Martin and tell my friends about your place

Richard bacon was awesome.

Richard bacon was awesome. A pleasure to deal with. He was able so get me a great deal on a wonderful ram 1500. Richard even went out of his way to pick me up from the airport. I will be sure to shop here first, the next time I purchase a vehicle.

Lisa and Michael were super great to work with.

Lisa and Michael were super great to work with. We went to the dealership to look at a totally different vehicle. We couldn't quite get to the monthly payment that we were looking for. So, Lisa ask if we might be interested in an suv. That was definitely something that we were up for. We departed the dealership for that evening with hopes that Lisa and Michael would find a nice vehicle in our price range. Before I even got home...Lisa had texted me with suggestions to include photos of two very nice suv's. My wife and I decided to go for one of the two vehicles that Lisa suggested. I'm here to say...we came home this evening with a beautiful Nissan Rogue! Couldn't be happier for my wife to have a good, dependable vehicle that is beautiful and well appointed. Lisa, Marti and I are very grateful to you and your hard work. Michael, thank you so much for going out into freezing cold weather to arrange the test drive. You were both fantastic!! We will do business with you guys again. Thank you!!!

After taking multiple trips to the dealership for

After taking multiple trips to the dealership for paperwork and picking up our car after detailing (40 minute drive) was never offered a gas card or anything. Sat in the dealership for over an HOUR with nobody talking to us before I finally went up to somebody who told me the car was ready for over an hour and someone should have gotten us. Then to top it all off, after TWO WEEKS (14 DAYS) of driving the new car got HARASSED by texts and calls saying “the bank is denying the financing and we need to come return car.” Shouldn’t you have known that FROM THE START???? Not after I drove the car home and had it FOR TWO WEEKS. After getting our old car back they neglected to give me the title for my car OR my registration. Still waiting to receive it. Communication is so poor, sales people are rude. Go to a different dealership you won’t regret it!☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

Hello- Without your full name, we can just use our best guest to address your review. If you are the customer we believe you are, the issue with your financing falling through was solely on you for providing false information on your loan application. While we attempted to work with you for weeks to secure financing, ultimately the lender would not approve your loan due to this false information. We never want to take a vehicle back from a customer, especially once miles have been put on the vehicle. We had no choice in this situation. Thank you for your comments.

This dealership will bend over backwards and work for you to get you a deal on the car you want. They make impossible possible when everyone else told us no Chris Tompkins and Lisa Allison and Curt said yes and made the deal of a lifetime.
