They were great to work with. The only thing I did not like was I made an appointment on line to see 2 different vehicles and when I got there they had different cars for me because the one's I wanted to test drive were at another dealership. The person that called me back and took what cars I was interested in should have sent me to that dealership.

Customer satisfaction guarantee?? Not even close! We have been getting the run around on my new Jeep that I only had for a week before it displayed a check engine code! Run around getting rental, run around finding eta on part to fix it, been straight up lied to, cussed at, you name it, we’ve dealt with it! Let’s not even count the number of unreturned phone calls! WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN! This has been our 1st dealing with Fred Martin and our last! Did I mention not only did we buy a new wrangler that day, we bought a new truck as well.. just about 100k spent that day and still no word when I’ll get my Jeep back! Not to mention .. do I even want it at this point! Customer service guarantee is a joke at Fred Martin!!!!

Angela- we understand how frustrating it must be to purchase two new vehicles, and within a week have a service issue. Your husband brought the vehicle in on a Sunday, a day Service is closed and we are unable to sign out rentals. He knew this, and dropped the vehicle anyways with the understanding that the following day we would have a better expectation as to what the issue was (a simple software update could be done the same day, a part could require a wait time). On Monday we contacted him and let him know we would unfortunately be waiting for a part. Pre-Covid, we had inventory of 90% of parts needed to complete a repair. The supply chain disruption has taken this down to about 50%. We post this in our Service Department very clearly. This means longer wait times for repairs, and may necessitate a rental. We cannot give you an estimated date of the repair since we do not have the part in stock yet. Your salesperson waited that Monday night with a rental for nearly an hour after we were closed at the request of your husband, who never showed up. We were able to deliver a rental to your house via tow truck on Saturday. This rental needed to be towed because of how far away you live, and this was the earliest availability we had to get it to you. We deny that you were ever cussed at, and we have reviewed the phone calls. We always returned your calls in a timely manner, and did our best in a rental shortage, staff shortage and parts shortage. We have even contacted Senior management at Stellantis in an effort to see if there is any concession they can make for your inconvenience. Where we may have failed was giving you the proper expectations on how quickly your vehicle may be repaired and back to you. We gave counseled our managers on this, and let them know the importance of proper expectations during a time in history where there are so many supply chain unknowns. Until we have an expected completion date on the repair, you are in a complimentary rental vehicle. While we guarantee great customer service, we cannot guarantee times on things we have no control over. Thank you for your comments.

I have bought a lot of cars with Fred Martin and Daylor is the only one I work with. I haven't bought any other vehicles in the past 3 yrs but if I had to I would go back to Fred Martin. They pretty much know my husband and I by name lol.

I’m wasn’t pleased with the service I received. Most of the time I didn’t hear from Williams. My car was there nearly an month for an transmission. It’s probably would have been there longer if I hadn’t contacted William’s for an updated. After picking up my car I noticed on my receipt that my CV boot was ripped. I tried several attempts to notify Williams about my concerns. I finally contacted him several days later. He’s replied the mechanic forgotten too mentioned this too him. So the problems never got fixed. Now I have too get that’s fixed. All this should of been avoided by the mechanics and William. More money I don’t have. I’m very disappointed and annoyed with the service not rendered too me.
