Purchased a used vehicle and we noticed an issue with the window before paper signing. They agreed to fix it. They said it was fixed, picked it up and drive home. Noticed the next time the window issue persisted. Called service they told us to drop it off on Tuesday (we key dropped Monday night) called Tuesday and was told no update was available, waited, call Thursday and was told our advisor was out and we would get a up. No word, so I called Saturday and was told that that they only had one Ford tech and he was gone for the day. We wouldn’t hear from anyone until Monday…..They had my new car for A full 7 days with zero communication unless I called. I will be taking my vehicle to Klaben Ford Lincoln In Kent for all service needs. Our service advisor is honest, and his time lines are accurate. I will never visit this dealership for service or a new vehicle again.

We forwarded your review to management to look into the situation, and it looks like we were able to recalibrate the windows, however was unable to replicate the transmission issues you were inquiring about on our end.
