Someone failed to do their job in regards to my title and...
Someone failed to do their job in regards to my title and registration. No one asked for the title for my trade in vehicle. When I called in regards to it I spoke to Pam and was told everything looks good. I received an email from Pam the next day advising me they did not have my title for my trade in. I attempted to communicate with Pam but was not provided correct information. I had to go back to the dealership 3 weeks later to get my issue resolved. I was initially dismissed when I spoke to manager Mark. It was very apparent he didn't want to talk to me. Initially he made me feel uncomfortable by standing over me to talk and told me he was very busy. I had to ask to go to his office to talk instead of the sales floor. It was very apparent he did not care about my issue. I had to disclose a very personal medical issue for Mark to take me seriously. He finally took responsibility and looked up my info and advised my title and registration had not been processed. This is very concerning on many levels. Above all, not being treated like a human, failure to complete the expectations when purchasing vehicle, lack of communication and organization, and the absence for the desire to correct mistakes when made by staff.

Hello There- We are not sure where the miscommunication here began. When we take in a vehicle on trade, we must have the title from the owner in order to fully process the purchase and transfer ownership. Any delay in providing that title will further delay finalization of a deal. Our manager Mark states that you asked to go into his office, which he obliged. There you stated your concerns regarding delays on receiving your plates, and Mark feels he addressed them respectfully and with earnest. We are still in need of the title to your trade vehicle. Any assistance you can provide would be much appreciated, and would complete your purchase. Thank you.
Your manager, Mark, did not address my concerns respectfully, he actually chuckled at the beginning of my explanation of the issue and attempted to dismiss my concerns. I did not delay providing the title. I gave Mark the title for the trade in vehicle when I was in his office. He advised the title & registration would be processed. He guaranteed the title would be "on top of the pile" to be processed the next day. Then he explained that the paperwork I signed when I completed the sale of my new vehicle included selling my old vehicle to the dealership and that paperwork could have sufficed in place of the title. Also, to clarify your response, I did not express concerns regarding delays on receiving my plates, my new vehicle already had a license plate.
