Communication is horrible haven’t had vehicle even 2 weeks yet and already put 500 into it because the inspection didn’t notice brakes at 3% and marked them good. All but one tire out of balance but marked good.

I don’t know what number you are calling but I have not received one phone call since I bought the car from you. And when I did try to call all I got was a rude response and blame being put back on me.

The folks were ALL very nice and helpful. The sales associate, the financial associate and the sales manger. I did have one complaint and that was related to the financing. I had an excellent credit score and expected, as a result of my conversation with John, to be able to secure an interest rate in the "MID 2's" but when I went to sign the paperwork the rate was 4.4 (a bit different). Strangely, while speaking to Rhonda about this John phoned into the office and the rate went to 3.4%, hmmmm. In retrospect I should have refused the deal and either went somewhere else for the car or insisted on the rate quoted but I did neither, I won't make that mistake again. Overall they are a good team, I would go back to them if the need for a new car came up but be smarter and less trusting.......

I live out of state, and the car and all the paperwork was ready and organized when I arrived. Rob was very knowledgeable, and kept in contact throughout my long distance purchase.
