We arrived an hour before closing.

We arrived an hour before closing. Joe and his team stayed an extra 1 and a half hours to finalize the deal and save my wife and I a 3 hour return trip. Great vehicle, Great people. Highly recommended

Great experience--simple and fairly quick once the deal

Great experience--simple and fairly quick once the deal was agreed upon. I appreciated most of the "work" done by text. Bill King was great to work with. He wasn't pushy, very friendly and I finally enjoyed a new car experience. I love working with Kerry Crawford--what a nice guy!

The dealership sales managers were very responsive.

The dealership sales managers were very responsive. Quick to answer our questions and quick to put transaction together. Was impressed w not the usual sales back and forth negotiations. I’m not sure we got the absolute best deal w got transaction put together and on our way. Very nice dealership, everyone seemed to know their jobs. Sales managers, person we paid, accounting department ladies were very personable. I would even say the receptionist the first person I spoke w was very good w phone verbiage and etiquette.

Tim Smith was absolutely amazing.

Tim Smith was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond for me. Though I had went with a jeep to begin with, I ended up changing my mind and wanting an equinox instead. He made it happen and even answered me on my day off. He is awesome. The exchange process was easy as well. If I had any kind of complaint, it’s that there were a few features not working on the vehicle I did choose but once again, Tim Smith stepped up and made sure it’s taken care of!

Shady, rude and disrespectful.

Shady, rude and disrespectful. Acts like his career is a joke, and is scamming any customer. Matt Miller has ABSOLUTELY no customer service. I could have my five year old treat customers with better respect and service. If I was his mother I would be ashamed of his actions.

Great customer service.

Great customer service. Sales person (Andrew) was excellent. He answered all our questions and it was a quick transaction. Working with Finance on a post-sale issue was also a good experience. They take care of their customers.
