Service department was fast and efficent, Harry Akarcy helped me use my Rewards points for the service. It was nice to have my first time having to handle the service of my Cadillac go smoothly.

Steve was kind helpful and most accommodating. The wait was helped by coffee, tea and lots of cold water! I needed a charge for my phone, there was a quiet booth that I could make a phone call and charge my phone at the same time! Plus the work that was done was perfect👍 Always my dealership!!

Best experience buying a car. Salesman Scott from Lincoln was awesome and the sales manager from Cadillac was probably the best sales manager I have ever worked with purchasing a vehicle and I have purchased from a lot of dealerships. I will most definitely return when ready to buy again

Excellent service /found a screw in my tire & fixed for me also . I had brought my car in for first oil change ,sorry I’m not sure of his name

The employees in the service department are nice but whoever washed the car scratched the lift gate by the license plate. I noticed it as soon as I walked around the car when they brought it back from service. It’s really unfortunate as I take very good care of my vehicles and the only one who washes them with the exception of when I get it serviced at Plaza.

A real great place I always have my vehicles repaired there and serviced friendly and professional I always recommend plaza to my friends and always will

Everyone at the dealership were welcoming, professional and friendly. No high pressure sales tactics. Felt comfortable throughout the entire buying process. I will definitely refer anyone I know that’s looking for a car to this dealership.

When I got home I thought the car was checked out only to find that my windshield wiper blades were falling apart. Picked them up and found they needed to be replaced
