You had a guy changed my oil ,but it 2nd time this happened, the present car and the my 2014 xts car ,he did not tightend the oil filter ,but I am buying Cadillac, because General moters are not making xts models anymore because, and I want a SUV MODEL,S dnd the other models are not same,I like a trumk where I can travel with security with personal items

Friendly service department and this time my key was not lost. Problem with tire sensors were explained well. Tire replacement required. Price and reason exact tire to be replaced was not available was explained. Service and tire replacement complete with wash job done timely.

Harry, Steve & the lady in the middle at the service department are great people & they are the reason why I go there to get my car serviced when needed. They are great employees with great attitudes and they are VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Great service, called for a new battery. Harry had all my info at his fingertips , even though I had not been there for over a year. Within a hour Cal was at my home in The Villages installing my new battery, he did a quality job , reprogramed everything and sanitized. I was very satisfied.
