Harry is what I know about PC. Being a 20 year Cadillac owner of a 2000 Deville I discovered that this gentleman cares enough about the car as I do. and I love that car.

We been regular customers at the dealership for years. Have bought several cars. Our Salesman Allan was very congenial, and knowledgable. Him and manager Tony made for a very nice, quick and comfortable experience.

I’ve had nothing but headaches with this dealership. I had a great sales person and Paige and Jonathan but other than that I will not return. We were there one day for window vent and waited an hour and then learned they didn’t have the right equipment.

Another good experience with the Plaza Cadillac service...

Another good experience with the Plaza Cadillac service department. They let you know what will be done, do a safety inspection and only recommend what is required. Will continue to have my Cadillac serviced at Plaza.

Harry is my go to person when it comes to getting my SRX serviced. Harry is a great start when you you need to get your car serviced because you get the impression that you are going to receive top quality care.

I was satisfied with Harry but I did not like the out...

I was satisfied with Harry but I did not like the out come on my 2020 CT4 Cadillac navigation system not being repaired until they can get an upgrade. I think that is terrible for a brand like Cadillac on a new vehicle so with no navigation system on star does not work so the free three months were in vein you think the bugs would have been work out by now....xxxx

Thank You...... But for a 50 thousand dollar vehicle, I was very disappointed with Cadillac. I thought about giving it back. I haven't made my first payment on the vehicle yet.The car has been in the shop twice already because no one doesn't know how to repair a bad SD Card on the navigation system very,very disappointing! Not satisfied!!!

Steve has always been great. It always appears to me that mechanical work is also wonderful. I asked for the 25 pt check. It revealed a few problems Steve suggested should be done. Car returned with work completed and washed. Felt like a new car on drive home. Thanks Steve and mechanics.

Plaza Cadillac has always serviced my Cadillac DTS...

Plaza Cadillac has always serviced my Cadillac DTS excellently and fixed other mechanical issues I wasn’t aware of before bringing in the car in for service which prevented moor expensive repairs. I highly recommend Plaza Cadillac.
