Thank you, James, for taking the time to fill out the survey. I pulled up you work performed and seen that with in the 2 repairs it was 7 hours of work performed and some parts. I will research the repairs and talk to the tech. I will respond further if I find an issue. Our experience at the dealership is, unfortunately,
Our experience at the dealership is, unfortunately, tainted heavily by the fact that we were told by the sales person and sales manager that the credit inquiry they were going to run to provide us with financing options would be a soft inquiry and would not affect our credit. I questioned that, but they insisted they were right. They ended up running a hard inquiry that impacted my credit score (temporarily, but that is beside the point). I cannot believe they did not know what they were doing, so I think they lied. The inquiry ended up being unnecessary, anyway, because I told them I was not going to finance if the best interest rate was above a certain percentage (and I told them my credit was rated "Excellent", so they would be able to determine fairly well what the best rate could possibly be), yet the rates they came back with were far over the rate cap I had told them in advance. As a result of this, we feel like we were not listened to and that the dealership's need to follow their process took precedence over what our concerns were. Additionally, there were a few vehicle features that did not function property that were not addressed, and the dealership's knowledge of the model was very limited. Having worked in the automotive dealership industry for 18 years, I was very disappointed with this experience.

Very Pleased with my Warranty service. As Service writers, Christie and Eve are knowledgeable on the vehicles and their Mechanics do actual testing with meters to find problems rather than just replacing parts.

Easygoing no pressure sale.
Easygoing no pressure sale. Mr. Jimenez was patient with us driving 4 cars over several days our options were so good. We needed to have time to think about what our ultimate purchase would be. I'm enjoying driving the Caddy. My deceased mother-in-law is looking down at me and smiling. She was a big Cadillac fan.

2024 Escalade ESV V series.
2024 Escalade ESV V series. Smooth easy transaction. My car was totaled in an accident and I needed to replace it quickly. I decided on a Escalade ESV V. I searched on Cadillac’s website for vehicles equipped as I wanted. Then, I emailed 10 dealerships asking for an “out the door price”. Plaza was the only one which quickly gave me a price. I agreed to purchase and the transaction went very smoothly. Vehicle was ready when I arrived and I drove away after a few minutes of familiarization. Two months later other dealerships are still emailing asking me to come in “so they can get to know me” before giving me a price.
