This visit - My oil was changed but my tires were not

This visit - My oil was changed but my tires were not checked because they were still low when I checked them the next day. The car was supposed to be checked for problems as part of this service visit but I was only in the waiting room for 25 minutes after check-in before I was told my car was ready. I was told the car was checked but was the car really checked when the tires weren't ? Additionally, parts were to be ordered after my service visit for an engine warning light on January 31st but it's June and I've heard nothing. Maybe the parts are on backorder but there have been no updates, not even to let me know they were on back order. I asked about this during check-in for the oil change but instead of checking status, I was told they are probably on backorder. The engine warning light has since gone out on it's own so I did comment that I probably wouldn't have the work done now but the service rep told me that if the light comes on after my warranty expires the end of this year, the expense for the repair would no longer be covered. That said, I guess I have to have the work done so what happens if these parts are not in by the end of the year ?

We had an issue with our tire not holding air.

We had an issue with our tire not holding air. We were told to come in and they would check the tire even though we had no appointment. Our issue was resolved with a new tire and we were very satisfied with the prompt service.

Found Plaza Cadillac interesting and friendly and they obviously know what they are doing, I bought the vehicle. Price, I paid, could have been better.
