Plaza Cadillac went out of their way to help me get my dream car at a price that was more than fair. Robby Giovanetti and David Guzman went out and beyond assisting me with any and all requests. BEST salesmen and service department in Florida, they treat you like FAMILY.

I brought my car into your facility because of error

I brought my car into your facility because of error messages I was receiving. I was told the battery was low and it was charged to 60%. Even though the battery was replaced in January I was told as the car was no longer under warranty the battery was not under warranty and to replace the battery would be $400. In lieu of replacing the battery I was told to drive it more. We drive it every day and last week I drove to Gainesville twice. Sunday morning the car would not start and I had a neighbor jump start it and drove it to a local service center. They determined that the battery was bad and needed to be replaced. I am lucky this did not happen when I was traveling to Gainesville. It is unfortunate that your mechanic could not determine the state of the battery, and you charged me $68. to tell me my battery was good and I should drive more (11,000 miles last year should suffice). Luckily there is a Cadillac dealer in Ocala I can go to for service and my next car.

Good afternoon, I reviewed your paperwork and see that we did stat the battery was bad even after we charged the battery. I do see where she stated to drive it more but after talking to her that was in response to you not wanted to buy a battery and not having any more time to charge further. I agree the warranty on a part after the basic warranty being up if not customer friendly, but it is GMs policy. I would however want to help. Can you call me when you have a moment so I can talk about the battery you put in your vehicle and what I can do to help you with some reimbursement. Thank you ( Patrick Bianchi)

I had a problem with one of my seats coming loose at the

I had a problem with one of my seats coming loose at the seam. The service department fixed it quickly and did a great job. This is the second Cadillac that I bought here and would highly recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.
