Absolutely a fabulous dealership.

Absolutely a fabulous dealership. I continuously visit this dealership to repair service work performed at a Cadillac dealership in Waterloo Ontario Canada. Cenia Ivancovich always exceeds my customer expectations. She clearly tells you the problem and how she is going to correct it.

I have tried several times to give your team the best review that I can however the system does not work for me. I’ve tried several times to redo my password but it still will not let me complete the report. I will try one more time and if it does not work I’m done. No showroom.

No showroom. Dealership presents as a filthy used car dealership. Service department doesn’t take their own calls, having someone twenty feet from the service department desk taking calls. Pretty sure if I managed a service department, as clients brought cars in for service I would have a sales person asking if they would be interested in trading up to a new vehicle and running numbers by them. Seems odd, they just let you sit in a antiquated waiting room that needs a serious upgrade!

Thanks for your feedback. While it's true we are not a gigantic palace like some places, we do have a showroom with 2 cars on display and color and material selector- perhaps you missed it? We also have a friendly sales staff ready to assist you should you request information about a trade-in, but most of our guests prefer that we not pester them without invitation while in for service. Hopefully your service was completed to your satisfaction.
