When I purchased my cadillac on 9 November 2023, I drove
When I purchased my cadillac on 9 November 2023, I drove it home and had transmission fluid all over my garage floor. Returned it immediatley to the dealer and was informed I had a leak around my gaskets. They determined it best to replace the transmission. I was promised that it would be returned to me before Christmas. It was, the Friday before Christmas, after I called for an update on the status. Once I get home I hear a singing in the undercarriage. Took it back to the dealer and went for a ride with the service manager. No noise. Ok, I go home and over the weekend the noise returns. Listening closely while I'm near a curbing, I can hear grinding. Still waiting for a call back from the service manager. I hope someone with any type of management can call me to make the situation better. BTW, is there anything true about the Lemmon Law?

I made an appointment twice and twice they didn’t have
I made an appointment twice and twice they didn’t have time to fix my car. Now I have to make another appt and drive another 40 minutes both way times 3. Quite inconvenient.

Quality of service is high as far as I can tell.
Quality of service is high as far as I can tell. Operationally, there is a need for improvement. I was waiting for my car in the waiting room and came out after several hours to ask for an update, and they had no idea I was there waiting despite my stating that clearly when checking in and the staff person seeing me in the waiting room when coming in to get other customers.
