I took my car to be checked as the engine signal was on.

I took my car to be checked as the engine signal was on. The problem has been identified but the part was not available and not even in stock. Staff was very nice but not being able to solve the problem was very disappointing. I will have to reach back to check the eventual availability of the part in the future...

This is the second time taking my car there for the same

This is the second time taking my car there for the same issue within 2 weeks. it’s been over a week and I still haven’t received any updates on my vehicle regarding status of repair. Thought I was going to be receiving the Cadillac experience but it definitely hasn’t met that expectation.

After paying $715.

After paying $715.00 to change oil, and remove service engine code, and service ride control code, which they did not do they are still on, and replace one fuse for pull down front top motor, I am scared to return to your shop to pay more $$$ for the same service, with out a guarantee that it will be repaired or Money returned, will not be coming back, thank you Gerald Beer

If you go there for service and have to wait for your

If you go there for service and have to wait for your car.. prepare to be there all day. They parked my car at the end of the parking lot instead of bringing it back to where you drop it off and I had to walk a little bit to get to it, which I didn't like cause I can't walk long distances anymore.

They fixed the problem.

They fixed the problem. I was very happy that it was covered under warranty. It didn't cost me any money. I was happy they washed the car but sad they don't detail any more.
