Tire repair was careless- tire Whitehall was scared and marked. Very dirty. Hopefully, I can have it cleaned up.

It was my first visit and I was impressed with the quality and professionalism received from everyone!

Set an appointment, and decided to wait for my vehicle in the customer waiting room. Very nice, it had all the techie outlets necessary. It also had drinks including coffee. Upon completion of the service, my vehicle was washed. The service department was very professional, made me feel comfortable.

Sales team was great! Our salesperson went the extra mile in answering all of our questions. Disappointed with parts dept as they had a higher price on a part we were inquiring about than another Cadillac dealership in the area (?)

Service advisor was friendly and knowledgeable. Actual bill came in under estimate and completed a little faster. Quality of work seems good.

I HAD A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON. I CALLED THE DEALER AND WAS ABLE TO GET IN THE NEXT DAY. THE REPAIR WAS COMPLETED QUICKLY AND MY CAR WAS WASHED AND THE INTERIOR WAS CLEANED AS WELL. VERY SATISFIED
