was told my problem was fixed. in less than two weeks it still not fixed. Need to go back . Was told to try to make the fix myself by a service rep She wanted me to do a few things. I am the custi]omer not the mechanic!

I spoke with David when I arrived at the dealership. He was knowledgeable of my case and informed us of policy changes at the dealership as a result of our case. I expressed my concerns and am disappointed with how it was all handled. I expected more from a Cadillac Dealership. I expect that when an advisor states they will call me back that it actually happens.
