Love the dealership you go and it’s easy breezy.
Love the dealership you go and it’s easy breezy. The only drawback is a lot of weight. You’ve got a wait a long time. Other than that we’re planning on buying again from the dealership.

I was looking for a change—and I got it!
I was looking for a change—and I got it! After making 4 purchases over the last 10 years at my former dealership, I became concerned about their dwindling enthusiasm to retain me as a 50-year GM customer. I traveled to Plaza Cadillac to attempt a new relationship. Rick Jimenez was just the ticket. Rick was personable, customer-focused, and accommodating; a pleasure to work with. I would attach those same qualities to Mark Allen, who followed up with the financing. Both were active listeners and did not turn our stay into a marathon visit. No hard sell here, just a pleasant and rewarding experience, with none of the (usual) anxiety on the way home in our new XT4.

Jon worked with me closely to obtain a fair value on my Jeep purchase. The Dealership was especially helpful in sorting out the title work. David was helpful with the delivery. A good Transaction

I choose this dealership because it was the closest to me. Reason was to stop the recall notices from being sent every 90 days or so. What a disappointment, micro sized showroom and crowded waiting area. On the phone and at check in they made a big deal over a first time customer complementary 100 point inspection. Don't think they did the inspection, or if they did they didn't share the results with me. They did return my vehicle with a huge greesy hand print on the A pillar. I've driven Cadillacs for over 30 years, from what I saw of the product in the showroom (an electric something with a fake painted on grill and another something with the hood up and the battery removed) and the poor standards the corporation will allow Dealerships to fall to, I don't think they really want my future business. Too bad, a once proud automotive badge and support network decaying like a day old fish head. And to boot now they keep sending "Please Leave A Review" emails, but only Facebook users can reply.

Hi Jim, thanks for your feedback. I apologize for the handprint, and I will ask your service advisor to send the inspection results to you. Please send a private message via this site with your contact information. As to the showroom comments, we are very excited about the new LYRIQ EV but have no control over Cadillac's vehicle design (the "painted on grill" you mentioned). The hood on the other vehicle was most likely open so we could ensure it was fully charged to provide a quality demonstration to our customers, it's a necessary part of having cars inside that aren't charged by the engine running. I hope the rest of your visit went well, and we look forward to serving you in the future.
