Harry Akarcay takes great care of his customers! He is professional and courteous. Mr. Akarcay always explains what is needed, and why. However, I was very disappointed at the lack of porters. It is difficult for me to get transportation to and from. When a part needs to be ordered, waiting is not an option.

I was there for about 4 hours and they tried everything they could to find a solution. I was really impressed with their customer care and due diligence. Harry has always been very patient and helpful.
