Service center made an appt to put on new tire.

Service center made an appt to put on new tire. I sat in the lounge for 2.5 hours and then they come in and tell me they don't have a tire. They said the tire should be un the next day and would call and let me know so I can schedule an appointment. A week goes br and no one calls me back. I call to see if the tire came in and they says yes its been in. I made an appt to have it put on and waited 3 hours. It is an all day event for a simple tire change.

Thank you and we apologize that the perception of the last service with us was anything less than acceptable. I have looked into the information you gave me and found that the tire that was order was on back order through Gm and it arived the day you called. Parts did not tell service yet so the adviser could not call until tire recieved was communicated. As for the visit, WE performed and oil change, Rotation and recalled the after performing need to reprogram and body controller. Also we had to call you warranty company for the tire replacement before installed the tire. Which included sending pictures of tire. I agree it took that long and it is hard to sit for the period of time. next time if you will allow us, we can shuttle you or arrange a loaner if the repairs that need to be performed will take that long of time.

Very fair, customer centric dealership that was with me

Very fair, customer centric dealership that was with me every step of the way. They did not charge absurd prices that were significantly over msrp which was very much appreciated.
