Everyone is so helpful.
Everyone is so helpful. I always have Steve as my service representative, and he treats me like family. There is a Cadillac dealership much closer to me, (Sullivan), but I only go to Plaza Cadillac for all of my service needs.

Spent 2 hours in the waiting room only to find out
Spent 2 hours in the waiting room only to find out nothing could be done because parts were missing out of the box. Now I have to come back and waste another morning.

I'm scheduling a service appointment to finish the job, which is nothing more than putting a rubber molding around a wheel well. We will see how long I have to sit in the waiting room?
