Got my appointment within a week.

Got my appointment within a week. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The wait was long but took care to check my concerns. Had to order the parts to fix. Still waiting on that to happen Was pleased with the overall service I received compared to other dealerships I’ve used

I'm really disappointed in the parts department.

I'm really disappointed in the parts department. They ordered the wrong part. Both times that I've ordered something they have never called to let me know. Spent 2 hours there the last time to have the part replaced, which was not supposed to take long, for them to inform me it was the wrong part. They had the correct part overnighted and still haven't heard from them. The service department has been great about washing the car and finding out the part was defective.

we are very sorry for the miss communication on what Moulding that need to be ordered. I know when the realized it was wrong side, they were trying to find one at local dealers. When we ordered second time the part came in FedEx Friday morning. May understanding is that service called you monday to set a time. Once again please except my apology.
