My customer service person is Harry and he's the only person that I deal with when I bring my car in and I've had a lot of issues with my 2015 Cadillac SRX and he's always handled everything. Very good customer service person and the young lady that works in customer service also not sure what her name is but when Harry's not available she always makes sure he gets the message .Thank you, Harry
