Excellent salesman willing take as much time as necessary to explain all the features of the vehicle we eventually purchased. He also worked with us to close the deal.

Great service department. Explains what they think needs to be done and cost. No pressure. Estimate time for service has usually been less than actual.

Feel that I was taken advantage of.

Feel that I was taken advantage of. Work was not done properly had to return again to get it fixed right and was charged again. you have lost a customer. ( also I bought the car from you )

Thank you for taking the time to address this. I was the one who already talked to you about this and offered you a solution that would not cost you anything for further repairs. we believe the first repair was needed as well as second. All four bearings have same wear / miles and fail around the same time/ We offered to put the front bearing back on to prove this and offered to pay 50/50 on rear bearings. you agreed and if you now feel different, please feel free to call me at the dealer.

I felt trapped and had no choice. As I said before you lost a customer because of poor service by not fixing the problem the first time, and making me waste another day to have it fixed. There should have been no charge the second time.

They were so accommodating! I call for an overall inspection of my car because we will be driving to New Orleans at the end of the month and they went over everything! This, of course, gives me peace of mind that our trip will be safe in regards to function and performance! Could be happier with the service! Thank you!

Seat memory still does not work correctly.

Seat memory still does not work correctly. Intermittent failure of running boards remains irritating and dangerous. Sure wish someone cared. Unacceptable attitude and performance from “premium” dealer. Free wash was hardly worth what I didn’t pay for it.

We left a message for you and please call me back anytime. It looks like you brought vehicle in May for running boards intermittent issue and we check the module for codes and tested function at that time. We were unable to get to fail. This makes it hard to determine what may be causing problem. As for the remotes I see you brought it in May of 2021 and found an issue with the programing on #1 and #2 remotes. I don't see that you had us look at this again since. looking forward to discussing this and once again thanks again and we will be talking soon.

Just for closure: I don't expect a response or even want one. I am moving on to other choices for Cadillac services. Wrapping up: 1. Steve called me while I was on vacation. I called back when I got in town and left a message. I know he is a very busy man and I am a low priority; he did not call back. Frankly, Patrick (Service Manager) off-loading his problems to staff does not seem genuinely responsive. 2. At the last visit, our Salesman, Rick, gave me a trick on dealing with the problem of "fobs and seats." Apparently, it is known you have a design software or hardware issue with no resolution. Rick's hint + Steve's hint last May has helped. I just acknowledge that the setting I prefer is not compatible with Cadillac design; so I just get in and adjust my seat ... every time. 3. The running board issue remains, I'll learn to live with it or find a service center that cares enough to solve the problem. Patrick, I followed up with you on 6/15 and 8/30 about this issue. Last status from you was on 6/15 where you were waiting on Cadillac Customer Care. You still waiting? I am.
