Washed & vacuumed but didn't clean the inside door panel

Washed & vacuumed but didn't clean the inside door panel even after return next day for loose valve tire stem. All 4 new tires were not air pressured to Cadillac standards Iisted inside door jam. The service administration was prompt, efficient and professional yet the mechanic was not up to Cadillac standards.

They make good efforts to convey complete information to you about the problem and the solutions they can offer. There is no heavy pressure to get you to accept their solution. The service people are very personable and accommodating.

I was at the dealership for 4 hours before I realized

I was at the dealership for 4 hours before I realized that my car hadn’t been started. I had a 9:30 appointment, at 1:30 I asked for an update. They told me they lost my paperwork and hadn’t started my service. It took an additional hour to complete.

Excellent service overall.

Excellent service overall. My issue was accurately diagnosed and replacement parts were quickly installed. This was my first visit but I will definitely return.
