Wet hard to get thru front desk to Service Manager.

Wet hard to get thru front desk to Service Manager. Cadillac Dealership looks like it needs torn down! Other dealerships nearby nice and Carrie’s cheap cars! I have had my Escalades in many States and all are elegant and have great coffee, rolls. I like Fox News and you took it off the TV ???? Not enough mechanics and no loaner cars!

We all have to deal with the hand we are given. The building is an older one, but we keep it clean and manager. We have coffee, water, and donuts. The CNA and Fox new was locked out of the waiting room because we had customers fighting about many political things and we thought it best before someone gets hurt. We can always use more technician. As for CTA loaners cars. The loaner fleet were made up of new cars, The microchip problem has caused our new car loaners to go away mainly because we have no inventory of new cars. However, on a case-by-case bases we have used cars that our sales Manager lets us use. However, these cars can't be held or scheduled like the CTA program cars because they are for sale and could be sold at any times. Like I said we deal with the hand we are delt and take care of our customers the best we can. Thank you for filling out the survey and wish you well on your travels back to the west. SM
