Steven = Service He actually makes bringing the car in fun, gives us good advice and doesn’t try and sell us something we don’t need. He is very thoughtful and knowledgeable in how he describes things.. We feel like he genuinely cares about us, our safety and really appreciate the care and excellent service! This is my first time at this dealership.

This is my first time at this dealership. I was told they couldn't do anything for my car that the owner or manager told the service department not to work on my car.don't know the reason why they chose to decline the service. Finally on Friday I went to pick up my car while everyone was courteous at the checkout desk I was absolutely mortified to find the interior of my car a disaster area the mirror that I had asked to please glue back which had fallen off was still sitting on the seat one of the panels they closes off at the bottom of the car was laying on the floor and partly on the seat but I let that go while. I had a friend with me who drove me to pick up the car he said he would follow me home to make sure I got there safely I got into my driveway and decided to go and pick up my my prescription at Walgreens when I got to Walgreens the car would not shut off the key would not disengage so a gentleman inside of Walgreens sent me to the Chevy dealership to make a long story short my car is sitting at that dealership waiting to be looked at. I am so glad that all I got was the oil change and that they declined service because I would have been extremely upset otherwise. I'm still amazed that the car was like that.

Thank you for writing a review, however the interior of your car was like that when it arived to the dealership. Pictures were taken of that and the exterior of the car. We do that if we see damage or something unusual. As For working on Vehicle, we explained that how much it would be to diag. vehicle and part available was slim on the year car. You ask us first to find out why windows didn't work and then called us to stop and just do oil change. You stated your family was telling you to sell for parts. Im sorry you fell that we didn't perform the job you asked us to do but we did exactly what you approved us to do.

Harry was great to deal with.

Harry was great to deal with. He was knowledgeable explained what the issue was, what it would take to fix it and the estimate of the cost ( which is what the finial bill was). They competed the work on time and also wash the car.
