Very much like my Service Manager,, Harry. Always takes care of things in an efficient and timely matter. As he did this last visit. Have dealt with Rick in Sales for my last three cars, can’t say enough nice things about him.

Steven Wiggins is an excellent service manager and I have full confidence that everything we discussed that needed done will be and my car returned in the best possible condition.

Everything done as previously discussed when I made this appointment. Vehicle was quickly taken to service area with the routine maintenance completed within the estimated time . Car was washed and check out done quickly. Harry was excellent to work with.

Love the doughnut and coffee in the nice room while waiting. I always get a very good vehicle wash after the service is finished. In my 69 years of owning a vehicle, I think that Plaza Cadillac is the best dealership that I have experienced!

We had a great sales experience with Robby Giovanetti. Our situation was a little odd with some particular timings and Robby bent over backward to ensure we had a great trade and sales experience. There was no pressure or hard-sell tactics and we completed our transaction happy and feeling like they valued our business. We will absolutely be back to Plaza Cadillac when the time comes for our next Cadillac.
