It took 2 hours for an oil change.
It took 2 hours for an oil change. Other customers were arriving after me and leaving before me. Just a concern.

I will investigate but right off the bat it looks like because this is a Toyota and we do not stock parts for Them we had to send for them. This would take more time then vehicles that we do stock parts for. I will get back to you when I find out for sure.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. It means alot to get feedback from our customers to better serve them. However, I am at a loss by the response. I have not recieved any review from you besides this one and you have only come to our service center once. You came in for oil change, rotation, brake fluid leaking and to go over whole car. We performed the services you requested and being the age of the vehicle, it took some time to go over it. We explained where the brakes were leaking, and you just had work done on them, so you were bringing back to them to fix. We never charged for anything, but the synthetic oil change we performed. So please contact me anytime to go over what went wrong, and I will be happy to investigate. Thank you again. Patrick
