We have always used Plaza Cadillac for servicing our 2012
We have always used Plaza Cadillac for servicing our 2012 Cadillac SRX. The service manager, Harry, is always friendly, explains everything clearly, and is respectful of my schedule and needs. This last visit I needed a new compressor for the air conditioner, a 7-hour minimum job. After the diagnosis, Ron, the chauffeur brought me home and next day brought me back to pick up my car. He is gregarious and polite which made for a pleasant trip both ways. Ron also gets 5 stars.

Excellent business. Harry is a terrific service manager. I have been coming to Plaza Cadillac since 2002 when I bought my Escalade. I like that they guarantee all their work.
