The check-in person was wonderful - he put a new battery

The check-in person was wonderful - he put a new battery in my key fob and now it works perfectly again. However - it took over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and car wash - totally unacceptable I was not happy!!!

Thank you for filling survey. I see your appointment was for 10am and invoice was printed at 11:20. With inspection performed per GM including the service that would be normal time to complete with car wash. However, I will investigate why it took extra 40 minutes for you to get your car. I will email you, my findings. however please except my apology for now.

Salesman Michael Land was very helpful in the sale of the Lyriq! Mike was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the EV! He made sure I understood the basics: MyCadillac app download and setup; OnStar setup, apple car setup and Google profile setup! Mike has not hassled me about providing a review about his services which is a HUGE plus! My wife purchased a Lincoln two years ago and all the sales guy talked about was receiving a 5 Star rating….jeeze! Plaza Cadillac doesn’t have a pressure buyers as their service is outstanding!! Also, Mark the Finance Manager and Mark the Parts Manager were both outstanding!!! Their knowledge and advice is paying off significantly!!! Thanks again Plaza Cadillac!! I am enjoying the 2024 Lyriq Sport 3!!!! It drives like I am riding on a cloud!!!

The app was on time and a loaner was extremely helpful.

The app was on time and a loaner was extremely helpful. The only issue was that Plaza would not use the part supplied by Endurance so I had to pay additional to the warranty coverage

I have been using Plaza Cadillac for the last 15 to 20 years so that should tell you how satisfied I am with this dealership, the salesman I have been seeing is a very nice and knowledgeable person and always makes sure that I am pleased and satisfied with the service. The people at the service department are always welcoming and eager to help you.
