I had an appt.

I had an appt. for service at 7 A.M. one morning. Upon my arrival, I drove in and was waved over to a side desk staffed by Philip Lombardi. I had done business with him before, and he was his usual very friendly and helpful self. I reviewed with him the service I came in for, and he explained more about what was involved and politely addressed my concerns. He said it would be about 1-1/2 hours. Since I live fairly close, I walked home and waited, and at almost that exact amount of time, Philip gave me a call that my Tacoma was ready. When I returned, he was with a customer, so I gave him a wave and a thank you, paid my bill, and drove off a happy and satisfied customer.

Phillip Lombardi in the service department was a sparkling, friendly, helpful presence in what could have been a tiresome process. Phil made us feel as though it was an honor to help us and take care of the recall issue for our 2022 Sienna. There was no push to have other repairs done, just a real pleasure in taking care of us. Cannot say enough good about the way he made us feel about our experience at Lia Toyota.
