I was very satisfied with service to my AC unit that had stopped working. Samuel Doucette was a very knowledgeable service provider whose advice I appreciated. The service itself took an hour less than the estimate for that particular job. Sam also found ways to reduce the initial price estimate, which was also much appreciated. My Tacoma has close to 150,000 miles, and I've been with Lia since I bought it at 10,000 miles, because I find the service and overall atmosphere consistently reliable.

general maintenance/oil change for my Honda HRV went well

general maintenance/oil change for my Honda HRV went well at Lia Toyota Northampton, i dropped off car at 9:45, came back at 3 as instructed but had to wait an additional hour. Scott Ryan was great, very personable and kind. had a front end alignment done as well. everything went great except for the wait.

This primary customer service person who has helped me

This primary customer service person who has helped me more than once and did this time, is excellent in so many ways! Dores Bounphasaysonh is kind, knowledgeable (good at explaining things - I am a question asker) concerned, goes out of her way to be helpful, is timely in her responses and is always focused on ways to be helpful to keep my old 2005 Toyota Corolla in top shape and get me in and out, arranging rides when I need it. The Lia company should be proud and glad to have her as an employee. The service person who used to help me previously was Lindsay Heart. She got me accustomed to excellent service. And she's still there for me when I need to consult with someone and Dores is not available. I'm not sure what more I can say to express my gratitude that I have such a company to take my car to to be serviced and cared for. This time the check-engine light was staying on and the techs diagnosed that a mouse have been chewing on the fuel delivery system. Now they even provide pictures of the damage for you online! How cool is that! And how good it was that they were able to find that! Now I will be able to put some anti-mouse product in my car to keep mice away. And now it is all repaired. They also discovered my muffler and tailpipe are rusted out, so that's being done next week. Okay, are there some other questions coming up ? My phone just told me that Google is not available right now. Hmmm

We are very happy with Lia Toyota.

We are very happy with Lia Toyota. We receive excellent service from Mike Bérard and all the staff there. We appreciate having a shuttle to bring us home while work is being done and be called and shuttled back when it is completed. The shuttle driver is reliable and courteous and Mike Bérard is wonderful at arranging everything. Toyota is very fortunate to have him. We plan to continue using Lia Toyota for servicing our Corolla.

I have been dealing with Philip Lombardi for the last few

I have been dealing with Philip Lombardi for the last few times that I have come in for service. He is very cordial to me as a customer, and I feel that he is very honest when he tells me what needs to be fixed with my car, even if it is something other than that which I originally came in for repair. I also like the fact that he goes over with me the details of what needs to be done and lets me decide if I want any additional work to be done or not. He is a definite asset to Lia Toyota in Northampton. I will continue to go there for service because of the treatment I receive from all associates, especially Philip Lombardi.
