I had a great experience at this dealership with John Devine, and the general sales manager seemed pretty nice too. John was friendly, unlike many other salespeople that I dealt with at other dealerships. It really made the difference for me. I felt relaxed and not rushed when I was looking at cars -- and even when I was deciding between two of them. I ended up buying a nice Corolla. I also recommend Jason Shiles, who goes through paperwork with you at the end. He is kind, funny, and detail-oriented. He does care about you as a customer.

Do your research.
Do your research. Before I went in I did my research. The model, the color and the rating of their car were all wrong. The model was a base, they have it listed as the Sport F, the color is blue, they have it listed as black, the overall rating score they have on their website, is good, it is fair. All of these differences make a difference on the worth of the car. Going to the company they used, not using the correct information, they increased the value of the car by over $3000. For my car, as a trade in value, using their supposed valuation company, they offered me $7000 less than the TRADE IN VALUE TO A DEALERSHIP. I don't like to mess around, buying a car, I just cut to the chase, you either accept it or not. Being disrespectful, looking down at a woman, thinking she isn't worthy of selling a car to, is a totally different story. I've been in the car business my entire life. My family owned/s a very reputable business, friends that have owned dealerships, that have retired from the business. Never have I seen such rude behavior,than what I experienced, with Rodney Ramos. Blatant sexual discrimination against women. I am not a feminist in any way, his behavior was disrespectful and insulting. The sales person Johnny, was the total opposite. Poised, helpful and an upright kind person.

Thank you for taking the time to come down the other day and to write about your experience. Unfortunately, it seems as though we didn't meet your expectations when you were here. We strive for perfection and transparency when it comes to advertising all of our vehicles, and sometimes this isn't always the case. Whether it's a third-party website or our own software that makes an error when decoding vehicle options and colors it is our responsibility to catch this and update accordingly. After doing some research we found that there was in fact a minor discrepancy between our website and a third-party website that this particular vehicle was advertised on. It did not affect pricing, but the vehicle color was wrong as well as a wrong graphic used in the pictures. As far as the trade in value goes, we had justification for you that day as to why we offered you what we did. You were looking for retail value for your trade in, which, as you know from your family being in the car business for so long that it is not a smart business decision to take a vehicle in on trade for what you could retail it for. We are glad to hear that you had a great experience with your salesperson, however, when they are unable to come to an agreement with their customers it is our procedure to have a manager come over to see if we missed anything or there might be a way to come to an agreement. In most cases with a little flexibility on both sides, we are able to put a deal together. If for some reason we cannot come to an agreement, then we still part as friends. The concerning part that you wrote about is how you perceived to be treated differently and unfairly simply because you are a female. Neither the manager nor the salesperson involved had any inclination that you were upset and had felt that way. Without a doubt, we would have done our best to clear up any misunderstandings that there might have been while you were here. We treat all of our customers equally and fairly regardless of who they are. If you would like to discuss your experience in more detail I would be happy to listen at your convenience.
