I do not recommend involving yourself at all with this dealership in any way, shape or form. Due to the rural nature of the Berkshires, we unfortunately do not have a lot of options. Buying the vehicle the sales person was disorganized and generally unresponsive. For service, their voicemails are full and when you actually can leave one, they never call you back. If you can go anywhere else, do it. It'll save you a lot of frustration in the long run.

Just sold me a $20k used car with a busted radio. No apology. Begrudgingly reimbursed me for the $3k repair.
