How to treat a customer

Jeff Allen was my salesman and I would recommend every salesperson deal with and treat their customers as Jeff did I. He should be an instructor for other sales personnel on how to treat potential buyers. He came across as just another guy who happened to be selling me a car. Pleasantly surprised. I will enjoy my new Hyundai.

Low pressure and honest.

We were in desperate need of a good car and with less than great credit we were concerned about getting financed. Ryan was able to get us into a 2016 elantra with 7000 miles at a reasonable price only 500 down and pretty close to the payment we wanted , I would definitely recommend herb chambers to a friend and most definitely have them see Ryan Maclean .

OUTSTANDING!!

It has been quite a few years since I have had to buy or lease a car....there is so much to it and is very STRESSFUL! From the moment I stepped into the Auburn Hyundai dealership, my stress level decreased significantly. My saleswoman, Meagan, approached me in a very casual manner. Not once did I feel pressured to make a purchase. She was very knowledgeable about the SUV I was seeking and also very helpful when it came time to fit my needs. I fell in love with the car we test drove and she helped me every step of the way to get that car!! Meagan was in constant contact over the next few days while we filed paperwork, dealt with insurance, etc. She made the process painless for me! I felt terrible showing up 20 minutes prior to closing to pick up my new vehicle. She greeted me with a smile and got the job done!!! I can only hope she is still there when I return my lease in a few years!

Wonderful experience!

Let me start off by saying that I never write reviews but I felt compelled to do so after the great car buying experience I had. I recently purchased a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe from Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn and I honestly couldn't be happier with my overall experience with them. From the get-go, my saleswoman, Meagan, made me feel comfortable and was so helpful with everything from the test drive, to the purchasing, to the haggling of the price, to answering any and all of my millions of questions that I had about not only the particular SUV I was interested in, but the Hyundai brand all together. She was the epitome of what you could hope for when dealing with a car salesperson- she was 100% honest and transparent about everything (I.e., pointed out a couple of scratches right off the bat because she didn't want to seem like she was hiding anything, which I appreciated a lot). I think my favorite thing about her (and everyone else that I dealt with) was that I never once felt pressured to buy a car. I did an extensive amount of research on a variety of cars and throughout my search I dealt with a few different sales people that I just wasn't overly impressed with, but I knew Meagan was a different breed from the very beginning. She let me take the car for a test drive on my own and even let me bring it home to my husband. When I came back and told her the price was just too high she did everything in her power to bring it down to where I was comfortable and got me more for my trade in. I felt like we were on the same team and I think that's why this car buying experience was so positive for me. She stayed after hours (after 8 PM) with me to make sure everything was taken care of so that I could take my car home with me that night and the next day she texted to see how everything was going (even though it was her day off). I told her that the tire pressure gauge was on and she told me to meet her at the dealership so that service to check it out for me. I ended up needing a new tire that they couldn't get until the next day so Hyundai supplied me with a free rental car. I also asked for a second detailing on the inside because it just didn't look like it had gotten a deep clean and both Meagan and Adam (manager) were appalled with the job that was done by the contracted company. So much so that they gave me a free oil change and apologized for it over and over again. I just felt like all of the team members really valued my business and wanted to ensure that I had the best experience possible. I don't think that can be said for all dealerships. Even Jean, the finance guy, was super friendly and made me feel like a person and not just another customer. In sum, I highly recommend checking out Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn if you are in the market to buy a Hyundai. You won't be disappointed with the service or the experience!

Amazing first experience

I've been searching for a car for awhile, so I contacted Natasha pellot and she pointed me to Herb Chambers Hyundai of auburn. I am so happy that she did. This was my first time going to a car dealership. I didnt feel overwhelmed at all. Ryan MacLean is a great Salesman, he helped me pick out a car that fit my price range and fit me. I wasn't expecting to leave with a car the same day but I did and I'm very happy! I got what I wanted and more !

Great Leasing Experience

This was my second Hyundai lease from Herb Chambers. No hassle and simple. They located a vehicle that met my requirements and quickly arranged the lease contract. The vehicle was delivered clean and all the paperwork was quickly prepared. Very satisfied customer. Thank You!

Enjoyable experience

this was the smoothest car buying experience I've ever had. I did my homework ahead of time, knowing what promotions were available. I told Mr. Reardon what I looking for and what I wanted for a finance plan and down payment. everything worked out exactly as I hoped. My Tucson

Stan was awesome, as a returning Hyundai car owner, I already knew what I wanted and Stan made it happen! He made sure I was very happy with my purchase and even scheduled my first oil change for me! I picked up my car with a full tank of gas, all washed and vacuumed! It made me even fall in love more with my Tucson! I was offered every good deal for my car, in terms of scratches and all the above! this is my second Hyundai car I have purchased and I very happy with it!
